db Integrated Systems Begins Dallas Operations

db Integrated Systems Dallas, a wholly owned subsidiary of db Integrated Systems, announced that it will begin operations in Dallas, Texas starting November 1, 2007. db Integrated Systems Dallas in conjunction with db Chicago, will offer it’s design/build expertise in sound reinforcement as well as integrated audio/visual systems.

According to its founder and President James Wicker, the impetus behind the creation of the new office is to become a key player in the performing arts and education markets which currently, are experiencing explosive growth in the North Central Texas region.

Asked about the state of the industry and the economy, Wicker responded, “Actually, this is a perfect time to open a new territory. The completion of several prestigious projects by the Chicago office has helped position db Integrated Systems to be a key player in the sound reinforcement and converged AV markets. That said, we feel that the potential for Dallas is high and we are excited about the possibilities in this region”.

Operations for the new office will be managed by Clay Mangum, Managing Director of db Dallas. Mr. Mangum has well over 30 years experience in the industry and is well versed in operations, project management, and system design.
